Appointment in Gecina's Asset Management Division
Baudouin Delaporte has been appointed Head of Real Estate Development within the Asset Management Division, led by Vincent Moulard. In this position, he will head up Gecina’s major commercial development projects.
Baudouin Delaporte, 40, is an Essec graduate and began his career in 1998 with UBS Warburg then Lehman Brothers France’s mergers and acquisitions team. In 2003, he moved to Nexity as Real Estate Programs Director, then ING Real Estate Development France as VP Development. He joined Gecina in 2010, in the Residential Real Estate Division, as Head of Residential and Student Residence Investment.
