Gecina again ranked first on the SBF 120 for the representation of women in management structures

This result confirms Gecina’s commitment to equal opportunity for the last several years. This new recognition highlights the ongoing progress record this year, particularly the appointment of Méka Brunel to executive management and Valérie Britay to head the office division.

A commitment backed up by concrete actions

• A significant change in the proportion of women in the management structures with parity on the Board of Directors achieved in 2015.
• The voluntary reduction in male/female salary disparities with equal expertise, with a dedicated annual budget since 2011.
• Programs to increase awareness of professional equality in the recruitment phase.
• The setting-up in 2016 of the gender diversity network “Open Your I”. Led by a diverse staff, this network has three components for action: fight all forms of stereotypes in career development, promote a balance between business life and personal life, and support female entrepreneurs.
