Bernard Michel, Gecina’s Chairman: “We are particularly pleased to receive this award, which recognizes the importance for us of our relationships with all our shareholders and investors. With our active corporate social responsibility policy, we are particularly focused on our environmental footprint, our societal engagement and the quality of our governance. We are continually working to further strengthen our links with our shareholders. This year, we have arranged even more real estate site visits, we have simplified our general meeting voting procedures by developing new online solutions and we have introduced new opportunities for meeting with institutional investors and individual shareholders. This award recognizes the actions we have taken, while encouraging us to continue moving forward in this way with a high level of transparency for our financial information and our exemplary governance”.
