Marie Caniac

Graduated from EDHEC Business School, Marie Caniac has more than 15 years’ experience in the real estate sector, in France and internationally. After holding senior responsibilities at Klépierre, which she joined in 2013, she contributed to the reorganisation of asset management in the Netherlands, to the development of the Group’s leasing platform and to the transformation of Steen & Strøm, Klépierre’s Scandinavian platform, which she went on to lead as Chief Executive Officer. She then served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations across Europe and supporting the Group’s sustainable performance strategy, before joining Gecina in November 2025.
She began her career at Unibail-Rodamco and Altarea Cogedim.
