Gecina recruits Guillaume Le Van as Portfolio Director for the Residential Division
Guillaume Le Van joined Gecina on April 1, 2019 as Portfolio Director for the Group’s Residential Division. As a member of the Management Committee, he will report to Franck Lirzin, Executive Director Residential.
Guillaume Le Van, 39, has a postgraduate DESS in Urban Planning and Management from Institut d’Urbanisme de Paris and brings 15 years’ experience in the residential real estate sector, particularly in social housing.
He began his career in 2003 with the 3F Group, before moving in 2006 to ICF Habitat La Sablière, the SNCF Group’s Paris Region residential property subsidiary. He was Head of the Customer Relations Division, then Agency Director and Procurement, Organization and Internal Control Director, before being appointed Director of Real Estate Projects for the subsidiary in 2018.
