Appointments in Gecina’s Risks and Internal Audit Department

Antoine Cadré has joined Gecina as Director of Risk Management, while Sophie Sicourmat Ethève has been appointed Director of Internal Audit. They will be members of the Management Committee, reporting to Cyril Mescheriakoff, Executive Director, Risks and Internal Audit.

 

Antoine Cadré, 32, is an Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers (ESSCA) graduate and has a Master’s in Finance and Risk Management.

He began his career in 2012 with HSBC’s Global Banking and Markets unit, where he was Operational Risks and Internal Controller. He then moved to Deloitte Conseil as a Senior Consultant, in charge of operational risk management, internal control and internal audit missions. Lastly, Antoine Cadré joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in 2017 and was appointed Risk and Internal Audit Manager, before being promoted to Head of Risk Management Europe in November 2018.

With 10 years’ experience in risk management and auditing, Antoine Cadré will help further strengthen integrated risk management across all of the Group’s activities.

 

 

Sophie Sicourmat Ethève, 43, has been appointed Director of Internal Audit. An EM Lyon graduate, with a postgraduate DESCF in accounting and finance, and Certified Internal Auditor, Sophie Sicourmat Ethève has extensive experience in the audit sector.

After starting out in her career in 2002 as a Financial Auditor with Mazars, Sophie was an Internal Auditor at La Française des Jeux from 2006 to 2011. She later spent 10 years with the French transport regulatory authority (ART), serving as Audit Department Manager then Deputy Director of Financial Affairs. She joined Gecina in November 2021 as its Audit Mission Manager.
