Environmental benchmark

At the heart of the city, Be Issy will be the first positive energy building in Issy-les-Moulineaux thanks to its optimized bioclimatic design and use of renewable energies such as geothermal and photovoltaic. Be Issy is targeting BEPOS, HQE Exceptional, BREEAM Excellent and WELL labels and certification. Designed by the architect firm Philippe Chiambaretta Architecte and developed by PRD Office, the building was acquired off-plan by Gecina for delivery in 2018.

Symbolizing a new workplace wellness

With its 25,000 sq.m of flexible and innovative office space and services, Be Issy will offer an outstanding quality of life for around 1,900 users. The building will benefit from its location close to public transport links, which will be further strengthened soon with the arrival of the Grand Paris Express, as well as Hauts-de-Seine city center, with its wide selection of shops, following on from the Bords de Seine eco-district.

“Gecina is committed to reducing its carbon footprint by 60% by 2030; this first positive energy operation is a concrete illustration of our sustainable ambition. With iconic projects at the heart of leading commercial hubs, Gecina is establishing itself as a major player for the regeneration and appeal of Greater Paris’ business districts”, confirmed Méka Brunel.
